Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 555r4 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 555r4 website, mobile interface, applications, and all services offered therein, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and any other gaming products made available from time to time.

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real money funds held in a Player's account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited. 555r4 may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations, and any account identified as a duplicate will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of all account information and must notify 555r4 promptly of any changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 555r4 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes associated with your account. 555r4 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including but not limited to:

• Using a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enabling two-step verification (2SV) via SMS on your registered mobile number.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying 555r4 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

555r4 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to take reasonable security precautions, your disclosure of account credentials to a third party, or your use of an insecure device or network connection.

All login activity, device fingerprints, and session data are logged for security and fraud prevention purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

555r4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods made available on the platform at any given time. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time. Deposits via card may be subject to additional processing time depending on the issuing bank. 555r4 does not charge any fee on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 555r4 targets a processing window of 2–24 hours for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), though actual processing time may vary. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to fund the account, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder.
• 555r4 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified within 7 days of the request date may be cancelled and the funds returned to the Player's account balance.
• Withdrawals of amounts originating from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

All financial transactions on 555r4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Bonuses and Promotions

555r4 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated after the applicable wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each promotion.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slot games generally contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 555r4 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds before confirming any wager. 555r4 accepts no liability for errors made by the Player at the point of bet placement.

In the event of a technical fault, software error, or system failure that causes a game or bet to be interrupted, 555r4 will make reasonable efforts to honour any valid bet placed prior to the interruption. Where a valid outcome cannot be determined, 555r4 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments:

• All sports bets are subject to the specific event rules and market rules published on the platform at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time system availability. 555r4 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum win limits per event, per day, and per account may be applied and are subject to change without prior notice.

For casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and crash games such as Aviator:

• All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is determined by the game provider and is documented within the game's information panel.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributed to it.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 555r4 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players, including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes or extract bonus funds.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using 555r4 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a valid deposit transaction through your payment provider.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law, and misrepresenting your location to circumvent such restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 555r4 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 555r4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 555r4.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 555r4 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances, including any real money funds and bonus funds, pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the Player's own request), any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via their last active payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 555r4 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. You remain responsible for any pending bets or financial obligations at the time of closure.

Amendments to Terms

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law and Disputes
